Freedom Press

The freedom press project began at the University of Twente, as a personal pursuit. Personal Pursuits are parts of the University College's programme, giving the opportunity for students to work on a project of their choice during the academic year.

The creators of the brand, Benjamin Reapp-Meacham and Antoine Ryan-Borde collaborated through their interest for art and design to come up with designs on valuable pieces of clothing. The main idea for the project was to offer clothing of quality for an affordable price with the main focus on the design and not the brand itself, going against the usual meaningless brand-centered fashion .
